Man he was so arrogant, look at some of his posts.
I know how to have fun, I call out enemy position and can talk. If you don't like it then maybe this isn't the clan for me.
If you don't notice, Even when I'm talking I work as a team and am always towards the top of the Leader board whilst maintaining tactics. If you don't respect that then that's your choice and I'll leave. I know my shit, don't underestimate me.
No one is questioning your ability as a player. The point i am getting at is you spam the channel with unnecessary talk when we are trying to play as a team. Sometimes there could be 8 or 10 members in teamspeak and most of them can not call out enemy positions because you are talking. If you want to make that personal go ahead, but you asked for criticism and i gave it.
Its not a big deal when everyone is messing about doing their own thing, but when we are training or trying to play as a team, it becomes an issue.
Throughout training I'm serious. Otherwise it's about fun, isn't it? There's no need to be serious when we're screwing around. Everyone has a laugh and that's what matters.
Also you guys focus far to much on Grand Bazaar. When you scrim, if it's a best of 3 scenario you choose your own maps. What if they choose Oman Island? We're screwed. Need more diversity on the server. I have been in many clans across many games / consoles. Have lead many successful clans also.
Obviously you are making this personal. Please do not ask for criticism if you can not take it on board when pointed out. I have already addressed all the arguments you just mentioned in my previous replies.
As for our training direction, decisions regarding this clan are not made by myself. I am merely the face of this division. Decisions are made by a committee of members, with a combined experience exceeding 20 years. Unlike your successful clans, ours is very much still around well into its 5th year of operation. So lets say we keep this relevant rather then flaunting our achievements?
